You contact me and let me know what you’re interested in — whether it’s joining the MBSR course or starting counselling together.

Invoice & Payment Methods
Once you decide to join, I’ll send you an invoice with all the payment details. You can pay easily via Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, or PayPal.

Confirmation & Start
After I receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation via email, and we can begin our work together.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Before your First Session
You can cancel and receive a full refund anytime before your first session — unless you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, in which case the payment is non-refundable.
2. MBSR Group Course
The full course fee is paid in advance. Once the course has started, it is non-refundable.
3. Counselling & Individual MBSR Sessions
These are paid before each session. If you need to reschedule, you can do so at no cost as long as you let me know at least 24 hours before. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
4. Life happens
I understand that unexpected things can come up. If there’s a serious emergency or illness, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to find a fair solution together.
