
Psychological Counselling.
As a psychologist and counsellor, I support individuals using a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach combined with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
I believe that the first step in providing effective support is to explore and understand together the internal processes and critical inner voices you have underlying your unhelpful behaviours, along with their origins and context. This is followed by cultivating awareness and finding the best way to develop a more accepting and compassionate relationship with yourself, which makes it possible to move towards the changes you desire.
